About:: Khagrachari (খাগড়াছড়ি]) is a district in south-eastern our country. It is a part of the hill division of Bangladesh called Chittagong Hill Track. Its homely name is "Chengmi". Khagrachari is also known as Phalang Htaung the Mong Circle. Khagrachari town is the home town of the Mong Chief (currently King, or Raja, Saching Prue Chowdhury He is the head of the Arkansas descendants living in the circle.

 SEE: Khagrachari is one of the most naturally rich areas with hills, forests, falls, the life of inhabitants and spectacular landscapes in Bangladesh.  Alutila Mysterious Cave: little East of the Alutila Tourists’ spot beneath the mountain 150 meter long graceful natural waterfall.5/6 Kilometer Away from the Highway.  Toidu Chora: A 5 hour trekking through 9 hills will take you to this spectacular waterfall called Toidu Chora.  Richang Waterfall (Jhorna): A gorgeous waterfall in Chittagong road owned by Hridoy member.You will need to walk 419 steps to reach the waterfall which is 585 feet deep.  Panchari Shantipur Aranya Kutir: It is the South Asia's 2nd tallest Buddha statue at Panchari Shantipur Aranya Kutir in Khagrachari  Heritage Park:A tourist spot maintained by local Ansar-VDP on the oppostie side of the Parjatan Motel. Dont miss the fresh juice that is available here.  Debotar Pukur (Goddess Pond): Local name matail pukri a beautiful dew pond on top of a hill which is located roughly 864 feet from sea level. Be ready to walk through 5 hills for 1 hour to arrive at the pond. It is well significance the effort.  Changi River: Alutila is a hilly area around 8 kms away from Khagrachari town.
